Paintball is an intense sport in which players eliminate each other by hitting opponents with gelatin paintballs filled with vegetable-based dye. The excitement of the game has made paintball into one of the fastest-growing outdoor sports since it began in the 1980's. While the dye is food-color based, it can sometimes stain clothes, so players should dress appropriately. Old clothes are also good to wear when playing outdoors. Be sure to bring plenty of water out to the field!
